Brand My BG collects the information needed to run the weekly listing, review claims, process payments, deliver placements, and send requested alerts.
Information we collect
You provide your name, work email, brand name, website, category, authorized logo, claim history, consent record, and payment-provider identifiers when you claim a spot or subscribe. We store provider identifiers instead of card numbers or security codes. Public pages show listed prices. We publish a brand name and logo after approval.
Analytics
Brand My BG does not use a third-party analytics tracker or advertising cookie. The site does not record visitor counts or country-level activity. The TikTok metrics on the public page come from supplied account snapshots.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores listing data and files. A PCI-compliant payment provider processes US-dollar payments. Resend delivers transactional email. Each provider follows its own terms and security practices.
Retention and rights
We retain financial and audit records for accounting, disputes, and fraud prevention. We delete preview logos and unverified notification records when we no longer need them. Contact details will appear here after the admin is configured. Until then, do not submit sensitive information.
Security
Authenticated identity and an email allowlist protect administrative access. We keep payment secrets server-side. Treat email and uploaded artwork as confidential when you send them to us.
